Easy Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

This easy two ingredient pizza dough tastes delicious! It's perfect for using with children as it doesn't require any resting time for yeast to rise.

It's quick, easy and tasty. What more could anyone want?

Easy Two Ingredient Pizza Dough Requires:

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt (e.g., Greek Style Natural Yoghurt)

Method for Easy Two Ingredient Pizza Dough:

Step One

Sift the flour into a bowl.

Step Two

Add the yoghurt.

Step Three
Easy Two Ingredient Pizza

Stir the ingredients together. The dough may look a little sticky but it will come together nicely.

Tip the dough onto a floured surface and lightly knead.

Press or roll into a lightly greased pizza tray.

Taste the dough ... oh, wait ... that's probably only a step that is added in at our house! Feel free to skip this step! :o

Step Six

After you've washed your hands (due to Step Five above), spoon on some sauce and spread it around. We used a jar of spaghetti sauce as that is what we had in the cupboard.

Step Seven

Add your favourite toppings.

Step Eight
Cook in a hot oven (approximately 230°C) for 12 - 14 minutes.

Time to eat and enjoy. The boys gave their pizzas the 'thumbs up' and declared their lunch to be 'delicious'!
