Cooking Anzac Biscuits with Children

Anzac biscuits are so easy to make and just lend themselves perfectly to being made by children (with some adult assistance, of course).
Be warned, however, they are extremely delicious and will not live in the pantry cupboard long before being eaten!
Ingredients Needed for Anzac Biscuits
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- ½ cup coconut
- 125 gms butter
- 2 tablespoons Golden Syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ teaspoon bi-carbonate soda (baking soda)

Anzac biscuits really are easy to do. We hope you’ll enjoy your batch of Anzac biscuits as much as we enjoyed ours! Happy cooking!
