Balloon Yo-Yo

A balloon yo-yo is a fun toy to make for children. It’s very easy to make.

All you need is:

• a balloon
• water
• some rubber bands

How to Make A Balloon Yo-Yo

Fill a balloon with a little water. Tie the balloon closed.

Tie a large rubber band onto the sealed balloon. Link more rubber bands on in order to make the yo-yo handle longer.

Now it’s time to play. It’s that simple.

A balloon yo-yo is surprisingly durable … although with enthusiastic use, the balloon will eventually break. Because of this, we’ve always made the yo-yo balloons outdoor toys. After all, the grass can do with some watering but the lounge room carpet doesn’t need water.
